常看美英剧的朋友会发现，剧中人物其实很少使用bye bye。相比之下，bye或者goodbye的使用频率会更高。

● goodbye / farewell ●
再见
goodbye 是最常用，也是最适合在正式场合使用的“再见”。
farewell 这个词则饱含感情，适用于即将长时间分别，甚至是永别的情况下使用。日常的使用少，但在影视作品里常能看到，例如会用在恋人即将永远分别的场景中。
在休闲的场合，我们可以用 have a good day 来表示道别和祝福他人一天都有好心情。
如果当天还有可能相遇，也可以说 see you later。

这个俗语来自一个古老的神话，鳄鱼通过发出哭声来引诱动物，然后一边吃一边流眼泪。虽然这不是事实，但是这个说法却已经流传下来，成为了常用语。
